This notice explains how the personal data of visitors to www.poggioalloro.com is processed, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data controller
Banfi S.r.l., Castello di Poggio alle Mura, 53024 Montalcino (SI), VAT no. 01094190525. Contacts: banfi@banfi.it, tel. +39 0577 840111.
What data we process
The site is a presentation page for the Poggio all’Oro wine: it has no contact forms, no registration and no purchases, and it does not allow us to know who is visiting.
Like every website, the server automatically records some technical browsing data: IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, browser and device type. This data is necessary for the operation and security of the site.
Purpose and legal basis
Technical data is processed to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in keeping the site secure and working.
Cookies and third-party tools
The site does not use profiling cookies or analytics or advertising tools, and it does not embed third-party content (maps, videos, social networks). The typefaces are hosted on the site itself: the browser does not contact third-party servers to display them. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Links to other sites
The site contains links to Banfi’s social media profiles and to banfi.it. Following a link takes you away from this site: any later processing is governed by the notice of the destination site.
Recipients of the data
Technical data is processed on behalf of the controller by the provider that manages the site (Inarea) and by the hosting and content delivery network (CDN) providers, all based in the European Union. The data is not disclosed or sold.
Retention
Technical browsing data is kept for the time strictly necessary for the security and operation of the site, and in any case no longer than 90 days.
Your rights
Anyone who believes their data has been processed can ask the controller for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability (Articles 15-22 GDPR), by writing to banfi@banfi.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
